Service Conditions:
- Contract applies to nominate plan
- New Service ADSL Telstra New Phone Line Connection set up
- existing line not active ( connection can be done remotely) - $59.00
- existing line not active requiring technician visit - $125.00
- requires cabling from Street to House to establish phone connection - $330.00
- These prices are the minimum cost. If a technician visit is required, ensure they only work to the incoming socket to your premises. Any other work they carry out or you ask them to do will be on charged to us and we will then pass this cost onto you.
- New Telstra Internet Connection $110.00 - Plus you need to add an extra $10 a month on the telstra plans - call rate apples
- New Optus - ULL (Phone and Internet) Connection
- Churn within Telstra Network Fee $27.50 (Transfer of an active service from another eligible ADSL provider)
- Churn from Telstra Network to Optus Network - No Charge
- Churn from Optus Network to Optus Network - $49.50
- Telstra - Early Termination Fee: within 6 months - Pro Rata charge for remaining months left of the 6 months if contract is 6 months or more.
- Optus - Early Termination Fee: within 12 months $132.00 if contract is 12 months or more.
- Plan changes take effect on the monthly service billing date
- Telstra Service churn may between 3 to 5 working days activate with us
- Optus Service churn may between 10 to 14 working days to activate with us
- New ADSL (telstra & Optus) may take up 10 to 14 Days
- Note that Telstra ADSL is not compatible with an Optus cable telephone service

PLEASE NOTE: ADSL performance above 1.5Mb is proportional to the distance from the telephone exchange connection point and depends on the quality of the copper wire (twisted pair) from that telephone exchange connection point to the End User premises. Line Speed is NOT guaranteed for these open speed services and NO Carrier Service Level Agreement is applicable. As a consequence, we specifically exclude any liability in respect of any claim regarding telephone exchange Line Speed.
